Canada Flat-Rate Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over *CAD $100.

*Except Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut where the amount to qualify free shipping is CAD $150.  Orders from these territories and other rural areas are shipped by Canada Post.

Standard Shipping Rates under CAD $100 (CAD):
  • Greater Toronto Area by Local Delivery: $10.00 to $18.00
  • Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: $19.50
  • Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island: $24.50
  • Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut: $34.50
Express Shipping Rates (CAD):
  • Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: $49.50
  • Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island: $69.50
  • Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut: $109.50

United States Flat-Rate Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over USD $125 for continental US; USD $200 for Alaska and Hawaii.

Standard Shipping Rates under USD $125 (USD):
  • Continental US: $19.50
  • Alaska, Hawaii: $39.50
Express Shipping Rates (USD):
  • Continental US: $39.50
  • Alaska, Hawaii: $64.50

PO Box Addresses

We can ship to PO Box addresses only within Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.  If a PO Box address outside of these regions is provided, order processing may be delayed as we will contact you to update the address.

Optional Add-ons

  • Our shipping services do not include insurance and do not require a signature by default.
  • If you require a Signature Upon Delivery (courier service only), you can purchase signature option after adding a product to your shopping cart.  If you are not available at the time of delivery, your parcel will have to be picked up at your local courier office.
  • You can also purchase a Worry-free Purchase Protection Plan in your cart, which covers your order for parcel theft, courier loss and damages.

Order Changes

Orders can be modified only if they have not yet been picked up by the courier. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at info@coppertea.ca.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday.
  • Orders with Express shipping receive priority processing.

Delivery Time

  • Ontario, Quebec: 1–3 business days
  • Other regions in Canada & United States: Up to 7 business days, depending on the selected courier service.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, once an order has shipped, the final segment delivery is handled by the courier. Please track your shipment and contact the courier directly for any delivery-related inquiries.

Pick-up Options

We do not currently have a physical pick-up location, but our matcha products are available through select retail partners. We are actively working to expand our retail locations. If there is no nearby option and you require matcha urgently, please email us at info@coppertea.ca, and we will do our best to assist.

Same-day Uber pick-up in the Greater Toronto Area may also be available.
