Refund Policy
We accept returns only for items that are incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival. Please check your order upon delivery and report any issues within 7 calendar days. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, email us at info@coppertea.ca. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos to expedite the process.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days after approval.
Non-returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned. This ensures product quality and integrity for all.
Exclusions:
Items marked as clearance and custom-ordered products are not eligible for return.
